Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times may vary between 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues, customs delays).
Shipping Carriers
We partner with leading carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your order. The carrier used for your shipment will be determined at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Shipping is available to all U.S. states and territories, as well as select international destinations.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied to your shipment upon reaching the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. VFlex is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Damaged or Lost Packages
