Warranty and Return Policy
1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:
V-Flex Sports offers a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on new products with proof of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you experience any issues with your product due to manufacturing defects within 1 year of purchase, please contact us at support@vflexsports.com to request a warranty claim.
Please be advised that V-Flex Sports products are designed for independent recreational use only, commercial or team use of our products voids the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, lack of proper storage, weather damage, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. V-Flex supplies replacement parts for all manufacturer defects. If parts are not available, we will provide a replacement product with the same SKU as on the original purchase receipt.
15-Day Return Policy
To return a product for a refund or exchange, please follow these guidelines:
- Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
- Return Process: To request a return, email us at support@vflexsports.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. No returns will be processed without an RA number.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns not in their original packaging or if the product is used or damaged. Unauthorized returns are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit or refund amounts may be adjusted based on the condition of the returned product.
